Entry Fee

Entry Affidavit Notarization

An original current Entry Affirmation, properly signed and witnessed, is a necessary requirement for each hunter-taken entry. The hunter's signature on the Entry Affirmation needs to be notarized by a notary public, or witnessed by a B&C Official Measurer.
